This month I visited Warehouse, which has long been one of my favourite High Street stores. From my first glitzy halter neck in the 90s to their covetable denim dresses today, I’m in style-love.
Warehouse this season has nailed print. Their take on Safari, Arizona and tribal and ethnic designs is plentiful. I love the incorporation of bold prints mixed up with 70s crochet and touchable silk pieces.
Fashions modern take on floral sees structured A-line dresses and printed flared trousers as key staples. Team with the tonal colours of white, dusky pink and navy for simple separates that they do so well.
I had to buy this floral dress for wedding season; it fits so well and is so figure flattering. There is plenty of inspiration in-store if you’re going to a summer wedding or the Races.
Denim is of course a huge trend right now. Warehouse jeans are super flattering for the average shapely woman. I love the denim dresses too, so cool and versatile. Opt for a nautical vibe and pair your denim with stripes and a straw trilby or panama.
Yellow is huge news too and looks gorgeous with indigo, navy and denim. This cute yellow raincoat is a must-buy. It will see you through the showery months and festival season.
If you’re shopping for your holiday, snap up some Warehouse Swimwear as they’re one of the only stores that sell bikini bottoms and tops separately, allowing you to shop your correct size top and bottom. Hurrah for the real woman!
There is plenty of newness, with new stock being delivered four days a week in fact – so you will consistently be able to update your wardrobe. Plus, if you spot something you like in-store but they don’t have it in your size, Warehouse can order it for you and have it delivered to your chosen address free of charge. Now that’s worth knowing!
